Decades of Excellence
Franklin Hudson – the International School of Management, is a specialized, accredited business school headquartered in Europe with offices in Paris, Dublin, and New York. It is designed to provide truly international business degree programs to a worldwide executive audience.
It offers students the opportunity to study in person in the United States, France, South Africa, Brazil, India, Singapore, Switzerland, South Korea, and the Emirates – all during one unique business degree program.
We give students the global perspective they need to thrive as modern business leaders by keeping our classes small, select, and culturally diverse and offering courses in major commercial hubs worldwide.
Our mission is to develop globally-minded business leaders and innovators. Our graduate and doctoral programs are flexible, learner-centered, and they imbue our students with our practice-oriented focus on research. Designed primarily for working professionals who want a truly global learning experience, our study options are available on multiple continents and online, yielding an internationally diverse alumni community representing over 135 nationalities.
For more than four decades, the educational model that defines Franklin Hudson has been shaped by a global vision that connects people, ideas, and industries across borders. This international spirit traces back to the early model developed in 1981 between Rue Franklin in Paris and Hudson Street in New York, where Professor Jack P. Forget reshaped executive and international business learning through a perspective grounded in mobility, cross-cultural experience, and practical relevance.
Franklin Hudson draws inspiration from this legacy and carries its global values into a distinct academic structure and a modern international footprint. Our graduate programs are still today supported from Paris and New York and delivered across five continents, offering students a global perspective and a rich, diverse community of peers and alumni. This long-standing commitment to openness, innovation, and international dialogue continues to guide our mission today.
Our students are ambitious. They're driven to reach the top. So while a solid base of theoretical knowledge is crucial, actionable insight and experience is essential.
We select our professors for both their teaching excellence and their on-the-ground business acumen. When they're not at Franklin Hudson – ISM, they can be found leading companies, teaching at top business schools around the world, and influencing the direction of international business practice.
Our small, interactive classes enable close-up access to our professors' expertise. And because our students are experienced professionals in their own right, they have the chance to share original insight and inform what happens in the classroom.
Our students are high-level executives with demanding schedules. Their time is precious, and they need their studies to fit their careers and lifestyles.
This need for flexibility inspires everything we offer. Students can combine face-to-face seminars in Paris, New York, Seoul, Tokyo, Dubai, Sao Paulo, and Cape Town with online courses.
We also let students customize their studies and focus on what matters most to their careers. Depending on their chosen degree, they can follow a generalist pathway in International Business Management or specialize in Finance, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Strategic Technology Management, or Global Leadership.
For our students, the benefits of studying at Franklin Hudson – ISM extend far beyond graduation day. The connections they form with their fellow classmates and esteemed professors during their time at the school blossom into a lasting professional network that spans the globe. This network becomes a wellspring of invaluable ideas, unwavering support, and limitless opportunities that transcend the confines of business sectors and geographical boundaries.
Since 1981, when its initial framework and philosophy were established, Franklin Hudson has nurtured the growth of over 5,000 accomplished graduates from its IMBA, DBA, and Ph.D. programs. A remarkable milestone of this achievement lies in the impressive count of over 800 doctoral program graduates, representing more than 135 distinct nationalities.
This rich diversity underscores the global reach and impact of the educational community, fostering a dynamic environment for knowledge exchange and collaborative growth.
